In this 3 month video course with George you will learn many practices and feel your own attitude or mood(Bhav) for Yoga. Your meditation vibe. The exercises and techniques will have a variety of benefits for your over-all body; the spine and all the major joints, increased range of motion, assist weight loss in some cases, strengthen the immune system, develop the respiratory system & metabolism, promote mental calm and focus, nervous system enhancement, and yes really, just about everything if we look deeply enough. Many exercises will also be very useful for balancing the body, rehabilitating old injuries, detoxification, breaking addictive patterns and behaviors, resulting in a much more enjoyable experience of being.

Much in the style of the previous retreats and courses I have run on beautiful centers in Thailand and around the world, this course will conclude with a special "extra/last" practice. Side note: on teacher training courses we've done four hours plus! This course will conclude with a three hours practice, including recaps of many of the main practices, some new variations and challenges, re-contextualizing, weaving, and assembling all we've learned into a comprehensive and deep practice. To give you a sense there will be about 1 hour of movement and joint freeing practices, 1 hour of asana poses sequence, 30 minutes of meditation/concentration techniques, and 30 minutes of relaxation and yoga nidra.
