Vinyasa
Sequences
Vinyasa is the combining of the basic aspects of concentration, typically first in breath and movement. Various other aspects of concentration can and were incorporated traditionally and these include particular sequence of asana, vocalisation, visualisation, and moving through space in a balanced mandala like design.
Vinyasa is a means of filling the attention with the various organs of action and faculties of expression of the human being so that concentration fulfills the act. When one is established in Vinyasa it means they are fully aware in the moment of what they do, in their highest capacity at that time. When attention becomes full this allows for the reducing of conditioning on the mind into "auto-pilot" which is the source of ignorance or unawareness, a disconnection from the act and the actor of your being.
