Welcome to Sajeeva Yoga Teacher Training. Our 200 hour training takes all the best practices of Yoga, mindfulness, and wellness and combines them into a powerful 4 weeks of development and self discovery. Our Yoga TTC Experience

Sajeeva Yoga
Sajeeva Yoga training is based on the foundation of traditional Hatha-Raja Yoga approach of experiencing balance through experiencing a unified state by stabilizing the body, breath, & mind. This helps us to realize a limitless and wholistic state of joy and compassion. This practice is supported by classic kriya, asana, and pranayama, and also inspired by methods such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Universal, Iyengar, and Kundalini Yoga. It utilizes many techniques from various other sources as well as some discovered through Sajeeva practice development. We teach with accessibilty in mind with progression sequences for safe development and clear focus in practice. We intend to teach in a way that gives maximum benefit to as many as possible. It can be a powerful practice for any level of practitioner and develops clarity, focus, energy, intention, presence, insight, wisdom, and grace, and heals us as individuals and a global family.
George Anthony
George created Sajeeva Yoga Training Courses in 2015 from a desire to share Yoga for people who were looking to understand and experience more from this priceless tradition. His own practice began in the USA is 2006 and quickly led him to travelling to Thailand to become a teacher in 2008. Years of practice, study, and his own curriculum development through Sajeeva have led to amazing results for himself and students. You'll feel connected to his passion for Yoga which is present in every part of his life. With an open minded approach and a nothing-too-serious attitude he creates very focused and joyful and classes. He provides a strong and stable foundation for having a deep meditative experience and inspiring positive change in your life.
George lives as a travelling yogi offering his courses while continuing to explore his own practice of regular yoga asana and meditation, on-going scriptural and self study, and compassion based lifestyle.

Facilities
Practice Hall
The fully equipped practice hall with everything you need; high quality Manduka style mats, blocks, straps, towels, and cushions. The energy of the house is amazing, with wood floors, the house is alive and breathes. It has held space for yoga teacher trainings, kirtan, healing retreats, and more.
Common Areas
While we all live together in the Yoga House for this training there are many places to get cozy in the living room, in the hammocks on the wrap around balcony, and out in the garden. Enjoy cooling off in the refreshing swimming pool on breaks, and eat anywhere you like in the house during brunch and dinner.
Rooms
Rooms in the Yoga House are vibrant and very comfortable. High quality beds, not too soft, not too firm, will give you a recharging sleep. All the rooms have good A/C and fans for your preference and beautiful bathrooms with high pressure showers. Some rooms have shared bathrooms, others private, and one room fits 4 people for 2 downstairs and 2 in a very stylish loft space.

When I was looking for a Yoga TTC, Sajeeva Yoga seemed to be a complete and professional course. It surprised me, because it was much more than that. The stay was amazing. Delicious and healthy food, clean and comfortable areas, nice and private yoga studio. The energy of the group was strong, and the flow was continuous. There was harmony, love, and empathy among us all. The experiences that I lived pushed my limits and challenged me to find harmony and balance in the middle of the chaos, while doing a difficult asana, or while holding my breath. It was a genuine transformation. Less looking on the outside and more focus on the inside, where all the knowledge resides, opened the doors to an infinite world: the now. Compassion, discipline, letting go, are just a few of the things that I learned are the foundations for balance and harmony. The classes were intense yet gentle. I mastered listening to myself, knowing when to go further or when to rest. The teacher, besides being amazing and trustworthy, is professional, attentive, very well prepared; he’s the real deal. He guided us through moments of uncertainty, making us feel safe and confident of ourselves. Never there was a moment of danger nor disrespect. It was a blessing to have such an awesome and humble human being as our professor. Lots of things I learned, transformed, let go, let in, but it all comes down to one simple thing: live the present fully conscious, Now. Yoga is not only asanas, it’s a holistic lifestyle. We can do yoga anytime, anywhere. Thanks to George and the beautiful human beings that were part of this experience. I’m blessed and grateful for all the love, learning, and transformation.
