Firefly Pose - Tittibhasana
Straddle Legs Arm Balance
Firefly pose combines the strength of the basic arm balance with deep spinal flexion and flexible hips. The more flexible the lower body the easier the pose will be to keep up as the legs sit high and hug in to the arms. An alternative pose to practice which doesn't require as much flexibility is the Arm Pressure Pose, but if you want to work on getting the legs high into this position you should work on Wide Leg Forward Bends and Straddle Splits.
