Patti's background in contemporary dance comes through in her graceful, flowing, feel-good classes and epic playlists. Connect to your body with mindful transitions and exploration within the postures, a dancing, moving meditation. Patti always makes you smile. Patti has been teaching community dance and movement practice in Raglan since 2003, and she makes a mean bliss ball.

Raphael has a particularly varied expertise. Acting as a kinesiologist and certified yoga instructor, he uses human movement and meditation for health and personal development purposes. Fully engaged in the here and now, he uses his open-mindedness and dynamic vital energy to create an inspiring universe for his students.

Sam is a 500-hr certified yoga instructor, and has been a yoga practitioner of Hatha yoga since 2012. She currently manages her own yoga studio in Ipoh, Malaysia, where she has an enrollment of 500+ students. Her classes are known for her calm energy, clear instructions and safe approach, although she loves to challenge her students with a full body workout that combines elements of strength and flexibility and incorporates breathing exercises and meditation. Sam happily labels herself as a yogi.
Part of her journey is the role she has played in expanding yoga circles within Ipoh. Sam has hosted and taught in Sajeeva Yoga teacher trainings in Ipoh in the last 2 years, various workshops, as well as organized yoga retreats to countries overseas, such as Thailand, South Korea and Taiwan.
